1. Who we are

BravoLisa is operated by Alex Gribanovskiy, sole proprietor, registered at 51 rue des remparts, L-6477 Echternach, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

2. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to two free, no-registration tools we operate:

• invoice.bravolisa.lu (BravoLisa Invoice) — an invoice generator
• tax.bravolisa.lu (BravoLisa Tax) — a tax calculator for the self-employed in Luxembourg

3. What data we collect

On our servers: nothing related to your invoices or tax calculations. Both tools run entirely in your browser. The information you enter — sender details, recipient, amounts, VAT, logo, bank details, income, expenses, household situation — never leaves your device.

At our hosting provider: When you visit either site, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes standard request data, including your IP address, browser type, and timestamp. This is necessary to serve the website and is used for security and basic operations.

4. Where your data lives

BravoLisa Invoice stores your invoice data in your browser's localStorage on your own device. We do not copy it to any server. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings (clear site data for invoice.bravolisa.lu).

BravoLisa Tax does not save anything at all. Numbers you enter exist only in your browser's memory while the page is open. Refreshing the page or closing the tab clears everything — there is no persistence, no localStorage, no account.

Note that your browser or operating system may sync localStorage to your personal account (for example, Chrome Sync or iCloud Keychain). That sync is between you and your browser or OS provider — we have no access to it and don't operate it.

5. Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies. We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (GoatCounter — see below) that records aggregate page views and a small set of custom events without identifying you. We do not track you across sites or sessions.

6. Third parties

The third parties involved in operating these sites are:

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting provider. Vercel acts as our data processor under their Data Processing Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. Server-side rendering happens in their Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region.
• GoatCounter (Arp Schnitger BV, Netherlands) — anonymous, cookieless analytics. Records aggregate page views and a small set of custom events (for example: PDF downloaded on Invoice; year toggle, VAT regime, expense breakdown opened on Tax). Does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track you across sites. Hosted in the EU.
• Functional Software, Inc. d/b/a Sentry (United States) — error tracking. Captures technical error details (stack traces, file/line, browser type) when something goes wrong, so we can fix bugs. We strip the values you type out of error reports before transmission. Hosted in the EU (Frankfurt region). Subject to Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.

We will update this policy when we add or change processors, before any change goes live.

7. Your rights under GDPR

Under EU data protection law, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten");
• object to processing or restrict it;
• receive your data in a portable format.

Since invoice and tax data live only on your device, you can exercise these rights yourself by clearing your browser's localStorage (BravoLisa Invoice) or closing the tab (BravoLisa Tax). For any other request — including questions about the data Vercel processes on our behalf — contact info [at] bravolisa [dot] lu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) — cnpd.public.lu.

8. Children

BravoLisa Invoice and BravoLisa Tax are intended for use by adults conducting business activities. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
